Russia's State Duma elections, scheduled for September 18–20 2026, feature a 5% proportional threshold that Yabloko has consistently missed, recording just 1.2–1.3% in 2021. Trader consensus at 95% for failure reflects the party's limited national polling around 3%, combined with recent disqualifications of over 30 candidates and legal actions against its leadership amid its anti-war positioning. These barriers, alongside United Russia's structural advantages and competition from other registered parties, sharply constrain Yabloko's path to seats. Late developments such as major shifts in public sentiment over foreign policy or unexpected court reversals remain the primary variables that could still alter the outcome before voting concludes.
