The Nayarit gubernatorial race for 2027 remains wide open in trader pricing, with no candidate exceeding 34% amid a fragmented field of local figures positioning for party nominations. Morena, which holds the governorship, sees multiple mayors and officials like Héctor Santana García and Geraldine Ponce Méndez competing for the nod, while opposition contenders such as Ignacio Flores Medina of Movimiento Ciudadano register the highest individual shares. Recent polls and early announcements highlight this intra-party contest and limited differentiation so far, sustaining tight spreads across listed outcomes. Party conventions, federal endorsements, or new surveys in coming months could consolidate support and shift probabilities.
