Grêmio Esports and MEIA NOITE, two Brazilian squads ranked near 100 worldwide, meet in a best-of-three playoff match within the online CCT South America Challengers #2. MEIA NOITE holds a marginal edge in recent regional form and ELO ratings, while Grêmio has shown inconsistency, including a 0-2 loss to QUINTESSÊNCIA earlier in the event and a 2-0 win over cobblemon. Both rosters feature stable lineups with no reported changes, and map pools will likely favor teams stronger on Inferno, Mirage, and Ancient. The double-elimination bracket structure adds pressure for advancement in this low-prize C-tier tournament, where recent momentum and map win rates often dictate outcomes over broader historical records.
