Denys Shcherbak holds a narrow all-time edge in this Setka Cup table tennis rivalry, leading Ivan Romaniak 33-27 across roughly 60 meetings, with matches frequently decided by tight sets and totals hovering near 74 points. Recent encounters have produced similar results, including a 3-2 win for Shcherbak on August 3, 2026, and a 3-1 victory for Romaniak days later, underscoring the competitive balance and limited separation in current form. Both Ukrainian players compete regularly in this domestic circuit with no reported injuries or roster changes altering availability. Upcoming scheduling density in the Setka Cup and any surface or table conditions could influence rally consistency, while historical patterns show roughly even splits in five-set deciders. Trader pricing reflects this longstanding parity rather than a dominant favorite.
