Jiri Tichy and Roman Merkl, both regulars in the Setka Cup table tennis circuit, met most recently on July 13, 2026, when Merkl prevailed 3-2 after dropping the opening set. Tichy’s subsequent form includes a 2-3 loss to David Brichacek the same day and mixed earlier July results against Petr Maly and Petr Orlowski. Merkl has posted split results in early August matches, securing wins over Martin Melisek and Dominik Marasek while dropping sets to Hajek and others. Head-to-head patterns and recent set-by-set scoring show tight contests often decided by late-game execution and serve consistency. Upcoming Setka Cup scheduling, rest between matches, and any lineup adjustments in the league standings will shape the next encounter’s implied probabilities.
