Team WE enters the August 19 LPL Split 3 Group Ascend BO3 with clear momentum after sweeping EDward Gaming 2-0 in their July 30 matchup, where mid laner Karis posted dominant scores and the team controlled objectives across both games. WE has posted strong recent form in the split, while EDG has shown inconsistent results and lower table positioning in prior stages. Key variables for the rematch include roster stability, patch 26.14 adaptations in draft priority, and individual lane matchups, particularly in mid and bot. The most recent head-to-head and current split performances shape trader consensus around WE holding the edge, though EDG retains upset potential in a short series if they adjust their early-game execution.
