**The new Judges' Callbacks round, introduced this season to help narrow a crowded field after auditions, has shaped the Top 44 acts advancing to live quarterfinals.** Ten Golden Buzzer recipients received automatic spots, while judges Simon Cowell, Sofía Vergara, Mel B, and Howie Mandel, aided by guest advisors, selected the rest through targeted callbacks featuring performances and feedback sessions. Live shows begin August 18 on NBC, with 11 acts performing each Tuesday across four weeks and results the following night; public voting combined with one judge Golden Buzzer per episode will determine weekly advances to semifinals. Trader sentiment centers on acts with strong callback showings, broad audience appeal (particularly singers and viral talents), and momentum from social buzz, as the unpredictable live format rewards emotional delivery and standout uniqueness over polished but less memorable routines. Historical patterns favor consistent crowd favorites in tight public votes.
