This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Eredivisie for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Eredivisie for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Eredivisie (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Eredivisie; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The clustered trading prices around 50% for a wide field of Eredivisie sides reflect pre-season uncertainty over who will finish second behind expected champion PSV Eindhoven. Last season’s runner-up Feyenoord, along with Ajax, AZ, Twente, Utrecht, and NEC, enter with comparable squad depth after significant summer transfers and coaching adjustments, while mid-table clubs such as Fortuna Sittard, PEC Zwolle, and Heerenveen carry momentum from strong 2025-26 campaigns. Official injury reports remain fluid this early, and historical patterns show that head-to-head results, European schedule congestion, and home/away splits often decide the final podium order in a league where upsets occur regularly. Traders’ consensus therefore prices the outcome as highly competitive rather than favoring any single contender.
