Team Falcons enter the Esports World Cup Group B BO5 against R8 Esports with a strong MENA regional track record, featuring the consistent dralii-Kiileerrz-Rw9 roster that has secured multiple RLCS titles and deep EWC runs. R8, fielding Abdullah, M7md, and Ghaazi, recently upset Falcons in RLCS 2026 MENA play and qualified for the RLCS World Championship alongside them. Head-to-head trends show competitive series with high variance in best-of-five formats, influenced by mechanical execution, aerial control, and overtime resilience. The match timing in the group stage heightens stakes for advancement, where recent form, map familiarity, and minor roster adjustments could shift momentum in this high-level 3v3 contest.
